From 2016 I had 102,680 of contribution room available? where do I enter that. Why didn't turbo tax pick this up automatically

Are you asking about RRSP contribution room?

From the navigation menu across the top of your screen, select RRSPs > RRSPs > RRSP Limit for 2017.
