The citizenship question is mandatory, so you may have miss-clicked on “No” when it was asked. However, if you need to change your answer in TurboTax Online, select [Your Name]’s personal information from under My Info on the left side menu. You’ll find it under the NETFILE Access Code section in TurboTax 2020.
