Foreign Tax Slip - Source code USA - exchange rate % when the award money was received - you will need to report the award money and then claim tax paid on it. You can't claim tax without reporting the income earned. Once you report you foreign award $ under "Foreign slips" - "other foreign income" then apply the $750 as "Foreign tax paid".
