How do I change my entry for foreign income (T5 dividends) recorded incorrectly without using the override feature?

Do not override.

Go back to your T5 slips, under the Income tab scroll to Tslips and T5 will be listed.
Or in Forms directly in Tslips - T5

Anything entered can be edited or deleted.
