How do I enter my rent expenses

When using TurboTax, click on the heading titled Provincial and click Get Started.  Click on Continue and answer Yes to the question, "Did any of these apply to you and you want to apply for the 2018 OEPTC?"  Click on Continue and you will be prompted to enter the details of your rent paid.

It looks like I have to live on a reserve to claim rent in Ontario
