How do I fill out the Ontario Rent and Property Tax page when I live with my sister and don't pay any rent or taxes?

You must not apply for the OEPTC, but you still at qualify for Sales Tax Credit.
Note that Trillium is a benefit paid on the basis of your Net Income, but isn't part of your tax account.
