How do I report royalty income reported on 1042S form & other royalty income not listed on 1042S on my Canadian taxes? I am using TurboTax standard.

I have received a 1042S form from Amazon regard royalty for book which is less than $10. I also have other royalty income from Amazon which is close to $ 100 for book royalty but not listed on 1042S. How do I report both incomes in 2018 when filing Canadian taxes using TurboTax Standard?

Thank you for your help and assistance.

1042-S is entered under the Income tab – Tslips – Foreign Income.

Also, enter any taxes paid to the US as well.
