How to file T2038? Message: "You've claimed an amount for an investment tax credit on your T3 or T5013 but have not filled out an investment tax credit form (T2038)"

You can fill out the T2038 by entering information in the Investment Tax Credit page. See the attached screenshot to see how to navigate to the page.
