I add new appliances for rental in the year for $1941 in class 8. The form T776 shows $194.10 instead of $388.20 (col7). Col 6 is 20%. Please correct the software.

I add new washer & dryer in area B class 8. (Form T776)

Area A class 8 for depreciation which is 20%.  The calculation col 5*6 should be 20% of the amount;  I have 0 UCC at begin of the year.  However the depreciation amount shows only 10% of the amount instead of 20%.  The software calculation is incorrect.

For a year when you add new items to a particular CCA Class, the actual rate of depreciation on the new items is 1/2 the normal rate.  In this instance, the depreciation that would be allowed is $194.10 (10% of $1,941.00).
