I am a director of my own overseas incorporated company. Revenue is derived outside Canada. The company pays me monthly salary. Is the income filed under foreign income?

It would depend on how they are paying you. If you are getting a T4 or T4A slip, then you would just enter the slip. If you are being paid in a foreign currency and not getting a Canadian slip, then you would enter the income as foreign income.
