I am a non-resident and I have lived overseas for the whole 2018. The only income from Canadian sources is on a T5. Do I have to declare any income from foreign sources?

I didn't find a clear answer to my situation. If I don't enter any foreign income, I have nothing to pay, but if I do I have to pay a small amount. Also there are two places for foreign income. One in the income section and one in the Provincial credits and deductions. Do I need to declare foreign income in any of these two sections?
