CRA provides fillable forms for most of your requirements. There is no software that does it all because the NR-4 is basically a T slip similar to the T4 in Canada. It is submitted separately from the tax return. Non resident forms are not available in Turbotax. The 5 year comparisons, using these forms are also not available in a fillable or electronic form.
