I am on the "REVIEW PAGE" and there is no indication, that we applied for Ontario Trillium Benefit and Ontario Senior Property Tax Benefit. How I can be sure?

I indicated $500 as a Grant for property tax, marked that my wife want to apply for Ontario Trillium, and refused to get it in one payment

Before you file, have a look at the PDF copy of your return. If you have applied for the Trillium Benefit, you'll have the Form ON-BEN as one of your forms showing.
