I am working as a contractor, Incorporated business at Federal. My vehicle is registered in personal name. Can I claim vehicle expenses of my business in 2021 Tax Return?

I am working from home in Canada for a US based company as independent contractor. I have registered LLC in New Jersey and will file tax return 2021 in US first and then Corp to Corp 2021 return in Canada..
