I do not think I input my personal property taxes can I write them off on my income tax?

If you reside in either Ontario or Manitoba, you are able to claim your property tax on your income tax return.  You can claim them under the provincial tab in TurboTax.  If you have already NETFILED your income tax return, you will need to file an adjustment request.  Please see the following FAQ for instructions on how to submit an adjustment request.
