I don't have rental income but turbotax is asking for rental income. Why. I just bought house and wants first time home buyer credit
When using TurboTax Standard, click on the Info tab on the left-hand side of the screen and select your personal tax profile. Make sure that you answer No to the following question, "did you have income from investments such as interest earned on investments, the sale of stocks or stock options, the sale of real property, income from rental property or other related investment expenses?"
