From CRA: Report these as Capital Gains/Losses on Schedule 3, Part 5 as "Bonds, debentures, promissory notes, and other similar properties". However, you only have to report them if the gain/loss is more than $200.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Installed, in the EasyStep view, you need to navigate to the Capital Gains Profile, check "Sold stocks, bonds, real estate, etc", skip the page regarding mutual funds and when you land on the page with the section for "Bonds, debentures, promissory notes and other properties", make your entries there.

Here's some more info from CRA about claiming these gains/losses.
