I hire service providers and pay them is this considered a home busines

I do payroll tax deductions for the people I hire and the I get reimbursed from alberta government

In your case yes you are able to claim the cost of the support workers...you would claim it as daycare.

What are the duties of the service providers?  Do they generate income for you?

no the don't they just watch my son with his disability so I can work

It is not a home business but it does qualify as child care expenses.

You would include what you pay the service providers, plus your portion of their EI and CPP.
