I left Canada during 2017 and returned to Ireland but for tax purposes I believe I am resident. Do I post my T1 to Ontario or Winnipeg?

I left Canada in July 2017 from BC.

It is highly recommended that you first contact the Canada Revenue Agency to determine your residency status.
