We appreciate you choosing TurboTax,

If you earned income while out of your usual province of residence, the first step is to figure out to which province you owe taxes. If you reside in a province on December 31st of the taxation year, you must file taxes there.

Form T776 will help you calculate your rental income and expenses for income tax purposes.

CRA: Which provincial or territorial tax tables should you use?

CRA: Completing Form T776, Statement of Real Estate Rentals
