I moved to Alberta in December, but I paid rent in Manitoba. Turbo tax will not let me upload my rent receipts from Manitoba because my current address is now in Alberta

For tax purposes, you are considered a resident of the province where you lived on December 31. Because you moved to Alberta in December, you are taxed as an Alberta resident for the entire year. You wouldn't be able to add Manitoba rent.
