I moved to Canada from US end of 2020. I was receiving long term disability payments from my prior job/ Insurance. Is that considered foreign income? Where does it fall?

That was my only source of income for 2020. I started taking the Real Estate course during this time and am still continuing it now. I started some side gig jobs at the beginning of 2021, but nothing in 2020 as far as that goes.
New to filing tax in Canada.
Yes, I am a Canadian and US citizen and my residence is in Canada.

If the amount is coming from a US company and being paid in US dollars then it would be foreign income.

You can enter the amount on the Foreign Income slip. To do so in TurboTax Online:

  1. Select Find (or the magnifying glass icon) from the top right
  2. In the Find window, type in foreign and then choose “Foreign Income” from the list. Then click “Go”.
  3. On the “Foreign Income - Summary” page, click “Enter New foreign income for [Your Name]”.
  4. Input your information, then click “Continue” to save.
