I need Class # to be used for my Statement of Rental proprty.I am using 0% amortization

I need Class # to be used for my Statement of Rental proprty.I am using 0% amortization

Rental property/building is normally classified under Class 1, which has CCA of 4%. You can list it as Class 1 and override the % to 0.
