I only moved to Canada in August 2022. Do I have to report income earned before I moved to Canada?

I moved from Ireland and would have already paid tax on my income earned in Ireland before August 2022. Do I have to report this income in my Canadian taxes?

Hi Patrick,

You have to report your world income (in Canadian dollars) for the part of the year that you were considered a resident of Canada. World income is income from all sources inside and outside Canada.
