I realized that I paid 34.99 for premier but I don’t have a rental property anymore, so I should be paying for deluxe. Is there any way that I can be refunded the diff?

Unfortunately, there is no way to downgrade a TurboTax product once you have upgraded it. You would need to create a new Free return and then re-enter your information.
