I returned to Canada in 2016. How do I claim my foreign income while I was a non resident?

Non resident since mid 2014

You will need to indicate that your residency changed in 2016, and enter your return date, and it will also ask you about the proportion of income earned in Canada vs. outside Canada.

As for your foreign income, you can enter it in the Foreign Slip.
