I temporarily relocated to alberta for 2014 then moved back to bc in 2015 for work can i claim rental and travel fees.

I paid Rent in Alberta and traveled back to B.C. every 3 weeks

No.  Your rent in Alberta and travelling back and forth to BC are considered personal expenses and therefore are not deductible.
