If I left Canada and own a property in Canada, does Turbotax able to report tax for me?

If I left Canada and own a property in Canada, does Turbotax able to report tax for me?  CRA told me my residency status required to complete Section 216. Because I am planning to rent my property to someone. If so, what product is right for me? Turbotax Premier? Thank.

The "Premier" version is fine.
