In 2016 my wife and I sold a home we owned in Arizona. We have all the cost/sale data in CDN funds. That said are there any expenses we are able to claim?

When selling a vacation property you will need the following:

Proceeds of disposition: How much you sold it for converted to CAD

Adjusted Cost Base: How much you bought it for plus any expenses incurred to buy it and any capital expenditures (like and addition)

Outlays and Expenses: Such as real estate, legal expenses that you incurred when selling the house.  I have included the link below for further information.
