Is a 39' destination trailer (cost $90,000) that is parked full time in a trailer park considered a mobile home?

If it is not used as a rental property, should I report it as a purchase? Does it qualify under the "mobile home" category?

Hi there!

If a park model trailer, travel trailer or motor home is used for residential purposes and is permanently affixed to land in the same manner as a house, i.e., set on a permanent foundation and not merely placed on the land, it may qualify as a “residential unit”.
