Is anyone else experiencing Capital gains forms locked still after receiving email that it's ready for filing?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. (Help>Update)

 

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and cookies to see the changes, or you can try using another browser.
