Is the Alberta College of Paramedics annual registration fees tax deductible and where would I list this? It is required to be registered with them in order to practice.

This sounds like it could be deducted as professional dues. To be deductible it must be "necessary to maintain a professional status recognized by statute." 

If this is recognized by statute, then you can deduct this amount under Line 229.
