Are you sure that for Quebec (TP-274-V - case 31 Year a real servitude encumbering the property was established), it's designated the year it became our residency principal ?
The wording servitude is weird and after some research I found that
I was definitely wrong about the servitude, I thought it was just an oddly worded question. After some research, your sale documents should comment on whether any servitude exists on the property. It will probably be worded as ‘The Vendor declares the immovable property is free of any servitude...’ if that’s what yours says you can leave that entry box blank as no diagnostic error comes up when it’s left blank.
I can't find a real explanation on Quebec site to fulfilled correctly that.
