My foreign income doesn't seem to be included in my total income.

I've added my foreign income in Canadian dollars, and put in the exchange rate as .0375 but my total income doesn't make sense as it's significantly less than my foreign income. Did I enter the exchange rate wrong and it is calculating a new income amount or something?

Suggest you remove all your Foreign income entries. Then recheck your line 150 Total Income to ensure it contains the correct amount of remaining income.

When you enter Foreign Income, I suggest you enter the already converted amount as CAD and use a currency rate of 1.0000.

Recheck you line 150 and if now ok, complete your return.
