My MB property and school tax credit of $700 does not show up on my summary
You should be able to see your credits on the "Provincial Tax Summary" as shown in the screenshot.
If you are preparing your tax return with your spouse, and still not seeing an entry, check that you have entered the credit on the correct spouse's return.
