My T5008 consists of multiple line items, each with it's own date, quantity of securities & proceeds of disposition. Should they be entered line by line in the module?

Yes, you have to enter each transaction. Don't forget to enter your Adjusted Cost Base (ACB) for each stock (Box 20). Here's some helpful information about the different fields in a T5008 statement: http://docs.quicktaxweb.ca/ty10/english/text/en/common/topics/taxline_t5008.html
