Not sure if I need to claim the rental income we receive from our disabled daughter.

My child is disabled and collects AISH each month.  She also pays us rent.  She's 19.  Do we claim the rental income? And do we get deductions for a percentage of our house expenses?

In a circumstance such as this, the rent you collect from your child may not have to be claimed as it may be considered to be more of a cost-sharing venture. If you have no expectation for profit and the amount she's paying is below the market value for a similar rental, you would likely be in a cost-sharing situation.
