Option to add First Time Home Buyer Amount will not show up. Is there a glitch? Can I do it somewhere else other than under payments profile?

To have the screen appear, click the option on the Payment Profile screen (rather than clicking the option directly from the left -side menu, click Payments Profile and select the credit). Then continue to the Home Buyer's Amount screen and the proper screens will appear.
