I moved from Canada to USA in Nov 2017 (stayed from Jan to Nov 2017 in Canada). Moved for good to US. Would I file my tax as non-resident or resident?

Does Turbo Tax mention anywhere if I am considered non-res or res or deemed res or emigrant or whatwve it is ? The only difference I have understood in non-res and res filing is the "world income" is not taxed under non-resident, right ?

Are there separate forms for Res or non-resident filing ?
