Property tax on principal residence only applies to residence on a reserve or a long-term care home? How it reads on questionnaire?

Do payments related to principal residence only apply to residence on a reserve or a long-term care home? Something wrong?

No. The payments related to principal residence apply to anything that qualifies for the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit (OEPTC) or the Northern Ontario Energy Credit (NOEC), including regular homes that are not on reserve.
