Can you enter Rental Income and Expenses using the Forms Method?

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then yes, you can.

Click on the “Forms” icon on the blue icon bar to switch to forms mode.

Click on the “Forms” icon again and search for ‘T776’. Select ‘T776 (1) – Statement of Real Estate Rentals’ from the list and click the “OK” button. This form has sections for both income and expenses.

You can switch back to the interview by clicking on the “EasyStep” icon on the blue icon bar.

When I go to form 776 and double click into the number cell it won’t let me enter a number.  

can you show me or demo how it is supposed to be done?
