You can enter your US Capital Gains in the same way you enter your CAD ones, in the Capital Gains and Capital Gains Deduction Profile Under Income > Investments. You'll need to be sure you convert the amounts to CAD funds.
Or you can enter the "Net" amount on the Foreign Income slips screen.
