I have tried to use the number on the back of my standard Turbotax card and it continues saying it’s invalid
Please make sure that you are trying to use the code in the correct product.
If you have a 21 character code, this is for TurboTax CD/Download.
If you have an 11 character code, this is for TurboTax Online.

Both the Activation Code with the online purchased program for 8 users and the activation code provided by Turbo Tax, after calling Help Desk, do not work!!! Have used program for multiple years, will be switching next year. Changes are awful and it seems the "Upsell" is the most important feature to Turbo Tax now. Just want to use what i paid for.
Can you please try using a different browser and clean your cache
Then try again, if this still doesn't work, please contact customer service once again and have them escalate your issue so that they can verify why it is not accepting your prepayment codes.
