Using refile to update foreign income 2020, and it is not saving my change - any idea why ?

There are some restrictions about ReFile process, in this case, you are trying to update foreign income, and this is considered part of the restrictive ReFile requirements. You cannot change your return if on it you have income from a business with a permanent establishment outside your province or territory of residence. To report any change, you will have to complete Form T2203, Provincial and Territorial Taxes for Multiple Jurisdictions.
