You can check the entry in your T3 slip, whether you have any amount entered in Box 41 – Investment tax credit, and whether you entered code 4B in Box 43 – Investment tax credit-code number.
Code 4B – Qualified expenditures for scientific research and experimental development
To go to T3 slip in TurboTax Online:
- Select Find in the upper-right area. (The Find button becomes visible after you have completed the Introduction/Profile section.)
- In the Find window, type “T3”.
- Select T3 Mutual Fund/Trust Income Allocations and Designations from the list of results, then select Go.
- Select the T3 slip and click Edit.
