Rental Income for Non Residence

i am working on a return for non residence filing Canadian Rental income, the software applies the 15% federal non-refundable tax return to it, which is reducing the tax payble, is it correct? For non-residence, is provincial tax required? I don't see it is calculated in the final tax payable, only the federal portion.

Are you referring to non-residents paying rental income in Canada or having rental income outside of Canada?

Are you filling out the T776 form which is then generated to line 126 of your T1?
