Should I enter a deemed disposition on a rental portion of my principal residence? On what form?

Rental suite in basement was terminated to be utilized as part of the principal residence. Therefore I have a deemed disposition of the rental portion of the house on which I need to claim a capital gain. How do I enter it on the forms? Which forms?
