Sold house-primary residence for 10 yrs, rental last 7. Do I fill out the Capital Gains Real estate and depreciable property section AND Sale of Primary Residence section

Seems like I am paying Capital gains twice for the same sale

When you converted your principal residence into a rental property, that was a “deemed disposition”. So in 2018, you are selling a rental unit, not a principal residence. So you only have to fill out the Capital Gains Real Estate info, not the Principal Residence form.
