T1135 Foreign Verification Statement 2018 will not create "live" box to allow information to fill. How do I enter information on the form?

Under the Income tab then Other Income Sources - then Foreign Income Verification Statement (T1135)

Please go back to the beginning of the form, make sure you have answered all the questions correctly - enter the total cost of all specified foreign property held at any time during 2018? from the drop-down menu - Do you want to use the simplified method? -yes or no then continue to the screen that will allow you to enter the address.
