T2202a adds up to more than 12 months. I have a T2202a for 12 full time mos and 3 part-time mos. TurboTax seems to be ignoring the 3 part-time months.

12 months Full-time is the maximum amount of time for the Education and Text Books credit that CRA will permit for any individual in any one tax year. Check your T2202A carefully to ensure you are interpreting the information correctly. It certainly seems strange to have months reported as indicated on your T slip.
